Bret is an advertising industry veteran and has been an active real estate investor since 2002. A native Houstonian, he relocated to NYC in 1999 buying and selling nine properties in his spare time. His love of Texas and real estate inspired him to launch TXNY Investments, LLC in Houston in 2016. After six years, he transitioned the rental portfolio to a triple net commercial property.
